Machado Cremoneze Claims Recovery is dedicated exclusively to amicable claims recovery and international recovery coordination. Our work is designed for insurers, reinsurers and companies seeking a practical path to recover losses from carriers, logistics providers, responsible third parties and other counterparties abroad.
The operation draws on decades of professional experience in insurance, transportation, marine matters, cargo claims and subrogation. The related Brazilian practice traces its work with the insurance market to 1970 and developed extensive experience in maritime, transport and recovery matters. This U.S. operation is separate in purpose and focuses solely on non-judicial recovery and business negotiation.
